Q:  Do you wax or thread?

A.  We wax and tweeze only.

Q:  Do you accept walk-ins?

A:  Due to the length of our service we are unable to accept walk ins or squeeze in a last minute request. Our schedules can tend to book 4-8 weeks in advance so it's best to plan ahead.

Q:  Do I have to book online?

A:  The quickest way to view our availability and book an appointment is to do so online, our online booking service has an extremely convenient app for your smart phone making it very simple to reserve your service. You may call, text, or email us to book your appointment however, it may be several hours before we can respond as we are unable to answer while with our clients.

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  We require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  We understand things may occur that are uncontrollable so we provide a multitude of ways to contact us; phone, email, text, and online booking services.  Our time is highly desired by many other clients, the cancellation policy provides us with the time to contact & accommodate another request.  If you are more than 10 minutes late or failed to provide 24 hour notice, your total service cost will be charged to your credit card on file.

Q:  What is difference between The Browtique's eyebrow service & others.

A:   A brow sculpting appointment is 30 minutes long with a completely different caliber of service specifically dedicated to your eyebrows.  We analyze every element of your face and brows to optimize their appearance, determining where they should start, arch, end, and how thick or thin they should be for your facial structure.  Every hair follicle is crucial to the finished product.  When we're done properly shaping your eyebrows a touch of powder or pencil & highlighter is applied to define their shape & polish them to perfection.

Q:  What is eyebrow tinting?

A:  Eyebrow tinting is done using a semi-permanent dye specifically formulated for the eye area to add depth, richness & cover light or greying eyebrows.  This is especially wonderful for brows that are barely visible due to being light in color.  We use a premium quality, german made tint that lasts 3-6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer microblading and/or permanent makeup services?

A: Our co-owner/brow master Diana does offer microblading and permanent powder services. You can find more information, pricing, and booking information here. Please keep in mind these services can book 3-4 months in advance.
